Manage Data Sources

Create a data source

There are two ways to create a data source: click the "+" button next to Data Source in the sidebar, or click the Create a Data Source button on the Overview page.

For the settings page of each data source, see the Data Source Settings chapter.

Check connection status and manage the data source list

Once connected, you can see all created data sources and their connection status. After selecting a data source in the side menu, the Status on the data source page shows Connected if the connection succeeded.

If Status shows Disconnected, the connection failed (the data source item in the side menu also shows an exclamation mark icon). Check that the connection information you entered is correct, or ask your database administrator to confirm that the database is running.
